Delivery Time

Delivery is 13-20 days from the time payment has been cleared. This usually takes a few hours for banks. This is out of our control.

Full Refund if you don't receive your order within the allocated time frame 13-20 days 

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from the day you have received the product. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All parts sent must be returned. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days. Holidays not included.

  4. Refund will be sent out to an Australian Bank Account. You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 3-20 business days for the money to arrive. We can only credit refunds to the BUYER or CREDIT CARD or DEBIT  CARD used to buy the product.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1.  First check your bank account.
  2.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
